Do you have a physical location?
Our store is only online. However, we do plan to have occasional pop-ups in the Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX area.

How long does shipping take?
I personally pack all orders with care and try to have them ready for shipping within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout and your location.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 5-7 business days, feel free to reach out to me at chillsandthrillsbookshop@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What's your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days so that we can work to make it right.

Of course!
To request a book, fill out the Request a book form on our website.
While we can't stock every book, we'll do our best to get your request on our shelves.
When is your next pop-up?
At this time, we don't have a pop-up scheduled.
